M&E Design
With years of varied mechanical, electrical and HVAC experience, we offer a complete solution to M&E design. Our solutions are clear, accurate and concise. CCD will fully design all mechanical, electrical, and public health services, and will bring to the table our extensive experience in sustainable design and renewable energy solutions.
Project Management
We will undertake all duties to manage and ensure the successful completion of your project, including design management, tender administration, contract management, and construction control duties up to hand over.
Value Engineering
Value for money forms a key part of any project. CCD can undertake a detailed and robust appraisal of your project proposals and make suggestions for Value Engineering. Our focus is always on ‘life cycle costing’ to ensure that whole life cost is taken into account.
Condition Surveys
If you’re unsure of the next steps, CCD can undertake a Condition Survey of your MEP systems, and provide an appraisal of the condition, performance, suitability, and life expectancy. Our design services complement this survey activity allowing us to provide ‘next steps’ recommendations.
Whole Life Costing
We can undertake whole life costing assessments on mechanical, electrical, and public health system options, allowing you to make informed decisions about your next steps.
Sustainable Design
Sustainability is a cornerstone of Clear Consulting and Design. We offer sustainable design as a standard and ensure that it is at the forefront of our minds at all times. We are happy to offer an independent sustainability review of any scheme.
Soft Landings
CCD are experienced in Soft landings, and can therefore contribute to the process of planning, constructing, and managing buildings, aligned to the BSRIA framework.
Thermal Dynamic Modelling
CCD work in collaboration with our strategic project partners to offer a full Thermal Dynamic Modelling service. We use advanced simulation software to provide SBEM, Overheating Analyses and EPC’s.
Optimisation through Thermal Analysis
With the use of Thermal Dynamic Simulation, CCD can offer services and advice to optimise the building’s performance aligned to the fabric and services selected. Through iterative assessment, we can find the most economically viable and energy-efficient solution.
Feasibility Studies
CCD have extensive experience in delivering detailed feasibility studies for a range of projects and schemes, an invaluable tool for future development and maintenance.
Building Information Modelling (BIM)
We have experience working to BIM level 2 5D and can produce BIM as required.
